Following Qualcomm’s launch of the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2, Xiaomi and realme have announced that they will launch devices powered by the new chipset.
Xiaomi will be introducing the Redmi Note 12 Turbo as part of the ever-expanding Redmi Note 12 series. Meanwhile, realme will unveil the realme GT Neo5 SE.
Redmi Note 12 Turbo Rumors So Far
The Redmi Note 12 Turbo is confirmed to arrive this month. It is rumored to have a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. This is hinted to be a flat panel as per the company’s other teasers on Weibo.
It is also said to have a 5500mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging and a 50MP main rear camera. The latter is said to come with a 2MP macro snapper as well.
realme GT Neo5 SE Rumors So Far
The realme GT Neo5 SE, on the other hand, is said to be built around an AMOLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 16GB RAM, and up to 512GB storage. It is also believed to be equipped with a 50MP main rear camera accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide snapper and a 2MP lens.
The launch of the GT Neo5 SE is rumored to be sometime in April.
In addition to the Redmi Note 12 Turbo and realme GT Neo5 SE, tipster Yogesh Brar also revealed that the POCO F5 will also launch soon with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 at the helm.
