OPPO recently organized OPPO Inspiration: Ahead, an event that aimed to inspire and empower Filipinos to live a more creative and innovative life while utilizing smart technology. The event showcased various fields of creativity such as fashion, photography, content creation, and music, among others, and took place at the BGC Amphitheater in Taguig City last March.
The event featured interactive booths where guests could experience the newest OPPO smartphones and meet OPPO’s brand ambassadors and partner content creators such as Magic Liwanag, David Guison, Pam Quinones, and Daryl Chang, alongside OPPO celebrity brand ambassadors Bea Alonzo and Nadine Lustre. OPPO AVP and President of Overseas Sales and Services Billy Zhang and OPPO APAC President Andy Shi was also present during the event.
Event goers also learned practical tips and tricks from industry experts in photography and fashion. Fashion icons Daryl Chang and Pam Quinones shared insights on how to maximize OPPO smartphones’ potential in capturing stylish looks and outfits, drawing from their experiences as fashion magazine editors and stylists, emphasizing the importance of creating a unique and statement-making look to stay ahead in the fashion industry.
Meanwhile, celebrity photographer Magic Liwanag and content creator David Guison demonstrated how to take photography skills to the next level with OPPO smartphones. Magic shared tips and tricks in capturing photos that tell stories and inspire, while David focused on how to reinvent oneself constantly and channel authenticity as a content creator.
During the meet-and-greet session, Nadine Lustre emphasized the importance of taking a step back and allowing oneself to recharge to stay inspired and creative. She also shared how she was able to maintain her mental health while constantly traveling in and out of the metro, which helped her stay productive. “Find the chance to go on a beautiful journey,” Lustre advised.
The event also featured great music from the acts of Fern. and Ace Banzuelo, and OPPO Reno series brand ambassadors Leanne and Naara, who serenaded the crowd with their greatest hits.
OPPO had special benefits for My OPPO App members who attended the event. Users got exclusive access to a special lounge where they could hang out and watch the program, availed of special merchandise to show off their OPPO swag, and received first priority during meet-and-greets with Nadine Lustre and Bea Alonzo.
OPPO’s Newest Smartphones
OPPO Inspiration: Ahead highlighted two of the brand’s latest smartphones that use cutting-edge features, which guests experienced during their visit in the immersive activity booths. They were able to try out the 40x Microlens feature of the OPPO Reno8 T 5G‘s 100MP portrait camera in the Microlens Technology booth while others got the chance to play around with the newly launched Find N2 Flip at the Self-Shoot area.
