Tech giants like the Cupertino-based company are already pushing to build their in-house large language model akin to Chat GPT. The American tech giant has already purchased two AI startups in 2020 which may be a clue to what the company has been planning and has decided to warn its employees to stop using ChatGPT to prevent sensitive company information from leaking.

However, Apple and OpenAI have not yet shared any detailed information regarding the issues connected to leaked information or any comments from the Cupertino-based company banning the use of ChatGPT.
