Galaxy Club has spotted a new Samsung device receiving its battery safety certification from SafetyKorea.kr under the model number EB-BS711ABY. This is said to be the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE which according to SamMobile is part of the SM-S711x model number of the device.
In comparison, the Galaxy S23 Ultra has the model number SM-S918x, while the 5000mAh battery inside has the model number EB-BS918ABY.

A photo of the battery of the Galaxy S23 FE was shared but it doesn’t reveal much. It has a blue pull tab obscuring some information. This, in addition to the photo’s quality, doesn’t give us much.
However, it gives us possible confirmation that the device is coming.
Last year was pretty sad for the Galaxy FE fans as the Galaxy S22 FE was canceled. But if the battery of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is already receiving its certification, then all we have to do is wait for an official announcement.
The Galaxy S21 FE 5G was launched in January 2022 and we could get a similar launch date for the S23 FE.
