Xiaomi unveiled its latest devices at the Lei Jun annual speech event. This was headlined by the Xiaomi Mix Fold 3 and accompanied by the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max, Smart Band 8 Pro, and the top-specced Redmi device, the Redmi K60 Ultra.
The K60 Ultra is also the latest member of the Redmi K60 series, joining the Redmi K60, K60 Pro, and K60E.
Redmi K60 Ultra
The Redmi K60 carries over the 6.67-inch AMOLED panel as its Pro sibling. However, the refresh rate has been upgraded to 144Hz.
Additionally, it has a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ chipset at the helm. This is MediaTek’s latest flagship chipset. What’s more impressive though is that the Ultra offers up to 24GB RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
As far as optics go, the Redmi K60 Ultra is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX800 main lens with OIS. This is joined by the same 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro lens as its Pro sibling. On the front, it has a 20MP Sony IMX596 sensor.
It also shares the same 5000mAh battery and 120W wired fast charging but doesn’t have wireless charging. Moreover, the K60 Ultra offers an IP68 water and dust resistance rating.
