HONOR has just introduced the HONOR Magic V2 in the global market at IFA 2023. The device was initially introduced in China last July.
HONOR Magic V2
The global variant of the HONOR Magic V2 is pretty much identical to its Chinese counterpart. This includes the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 at the helm, the 50MP+50MP+20MP triple rear camera, and 5000mAh battery and support for HONOR 66W SuperCharge.
The main feature that the company highlighted at the keynote is its thinness at just 9.90mm when folded and 4.70mm when unfolded. Its weight was also showcased at 231g.
The thinness is attributed to the HONOR Silicon-Carbon Dual Battery technology which allows the 5000mAh battery to be ultra-slim while still being long-lasting.
HONOR also boasted the new water-drop support on the hinge making it stronger and flexible as well as seamless and creaseless. Adding to the protection is a second-generation Nanocrystal Glass.

That said though, he still has the mentality of "as long as it works" for his personal gadgets.
