itel introduced the itel S23+ in Ethiopia last month, now it looks like it will be coming to the Philippines after its listing was spotted on the official itel Shopee Store.
itel S23+
The itel S23+ is an intriguing device with a 6.78-inch FHD+ curved AMOLED panel. Yes, a curved AMOLED panel at this price point. It is also protected by Gorilla Glass 5.
Moreover, the device is equipped with a 50MP main rear camera and a 32MP front sensor.
To accommodate the premium hardware, the company had to adjust elsewhere to offer it at a very competitive price. Among these include what is said to be a 0.08MP secondary lens around the back and a Unisoc T616 chipset. However, the latter comes with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The RAM can be expanded by up to 16GB by using some of its storage when necessary.
Software-wise, it features the Dynamic Bar, itel’s iteration of the Apple Dynamic Island.

Pricing and Availability
The main photo shown on the itel S23+ Shopee listing highlights a date “10.5.2022” and “Price: 5???”. However, the listing itself has a price of PHP 10,999.
The official Lazada store still doesn’t have the device listed though. If we were to guess, we can expect to see a listing on October 5, 2023.
