OnePlus has officially unveiled its first foldable – the OnePlus Open after much teaser and leaks. This was introduced shortly after OPPO’s global Find N3 series comprised of the Find N3 and Find N3 Flip which makes it easy to spot that the OnePlus Open shares its spec sheet of the former.
OnePlus Open
The OnePlus Open features two 120Hz LTPO AMOLED panels with a 6.3-inch 2484×1116 outer panel and a 7.8-inch 2440×2268 inner panel.
Around the back, it features a 48MP Sony LYT-T808 “Pixel Stacked” CMOS main sensor accompanied by a 64MP telephoto lens that offers 3x optical zoom and a 48MP ultrawide camera. There is also a 20MP sensor on the inner screen and a 32MP snapper on the outer panel for selfies.
The company’s first foldable is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset coupled with 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB storage.
The battery supports 67W SUPERVOOC charging which tops up its 4805mAh battery. This is a dual-cell battery with a 3295+1510mAh configuration that is split between the two panels.
