Why did Alodia Gosiengfiao leave Tier One Entertainment?
In her post on Facebook, Alodia announced that her journey with the company has come to an end with a brief explanation that her departure was due to “misaligned visions and values”.
She expressed her gratitude for the experiences, relationships, and accomplishments she made and experienced at the company.

What did Tier One Entertainment say about Alodia’s departure?
Shortly after, Tier One Entertainment released a letter to Alodia. The esports and video gaming entertainment agency mentioned “You are an unwavering beacon of excellence, and continue to be an inspiration to cosplayers, content creators, and our industry as a whole.”
The company ended with, “It is essential for everyone to find a place where their values align and their vision can flourish. We wish you all the best in your next chapter and hope you find that place.”

What is the relationship between Alodia Gosiengfiao and Tier One Entertainment?
Alodia, along with Brian Lim and Tryke Gutierrez, founded Tier One Entertainment in 2017. The company has expanded to include an esports brand, Blacklist International which was introduced in 2020.
