The next-generation cooling system has a graphene layer below the display and a larger air duct which all contribute to the up to 18° C decrease in running temperature. The system is joined by a fan which now spins at 22,000 RPM and is said to offer 30% better thermal conductivity.

What are the differences between the RedMagic 9 Pro and 9 Pro+?

The major difference between the two devices is in the battery department and charging speeds. The RedMagic 9 Pro has a larger 6500mAh battery but slower wired charging support at just 80W. Meanwhile, the 9 Pro+ has a smaller 5500mAh battery but supports up to 165W wired fast charging.

Moreover, the 9 Pro+ features 16 or 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The 9 Pro only offers 12BG LPDDR5X RAM and either 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage.
