AYANEO recently announced the AYANEO Next Lite at CES 2024 but what makes the device stand out is the adoption of Valve’s SteamOS as the main OS.
AYANEO Next Lite
The Next Lite looks to be a more budget-friendly alternative to a handheld gaming device running on SteamOS. Currently, of course, only the Steam Deck runs on this operating system.
AYANEO hasn’t fully disclosed the details of its latest handheld gaming device, as of writing this. However, it has confirmed some specs including a 7-inch 800p resolution panel, Hall Effect joysticks, and a 47Wh battery.
Moreover, the promotional material so far reveals at least three colorways, white, black, and a pastel blue color. The White color has orange accents on its buttons and trigger buttons, while the black and pastel blue colors both have white/grey accents.
We’ll learn more about the device soon enough, but having a new SteamOS handheld gaming device is already exciting.

He would then transition to focus more on the world of tech which has also began his journey into learning more about this world. That said though, he still has the mentality of "as long as it works" for his personal gadgets.
