HONOR Philippines is poised to start 2024 in high gear, with the launch of its newest mid-range contender, the HONOR X9b 5G.
HONOR X9b 5G has a 6.78-inch Ultra-Bounce Anti-Drop display with a resolution of 2652×1200 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, 1200 nits of peak brightness, and 1920Hz PWM Dimming. It’s also the first to have a Five-Star Overall Drop Resistance certification from SGS. It also boasts an IP53 rating for water and dust resistance,
The device is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor along with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. At the back, there’s a 108MP Ultra-Clear Main Camera, a 5MP ultra-wide unit, and a 2MP Macro lens, while the front houses a 16MP shooter.
HONOR X9b 5G runs MagicOS 7.2 on top of Android 13 and packs a 5,800mAh battery with suport for 35W SuperCharge.

To showcase its toughness, HONOR is teasing a 100 ft. drop test for the device, among other tests that they have done to see if it can survive such beating.
