POCO has officially unveiled the POCO X6 5G series comprised of the POCO X6 5G and X6 Pro 5G, the latest members of the company’s X series. The two new devices are dubbed new SPEED-CIES that come with faster loading and smoother operation.
POCO X6 5G Series
The duo is built around the same 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED DotDisplay with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panels also house 16MP front cameras housed in a punch hole.
Around the back, the two devices have a similar design with a rectangle camera module. However, the vanilla X6 has a slightly larger design. That said though, they have the same cameras with a 64MP main, an 8MP ultrawide, and 2MP macro setup.
The X6 Pro 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset, while its vanilla sibling has a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC at the helm. Locally, they will have up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
Strangely though, the X6 5G has a larger 5100mAh battery compared to the 5000mAh battery of the X6 5G Pro 5G.

How much is the POCO X6 5G series in the Philippines?
The POCO X6 5G will come in three memory variants and these are priced at:
- 8GB+256GB – PHP 14,999
- 12GB+256GB – PHP 15,999
- 12GB+512GB – PHP 17,999
These will be available via Shopee. These are available at an early bird price of PHP 13,190, PHP 14,190, and PHP 15,190, respectively starting January 11.
Meanwhile, the POCO X6 Pro 5G will come in two configurations. The respective suggested retail prices are as follows:
- 8GB+256GB – PHP 16,999
- 12GB+512GB – PHP 19,999
The Pro variant is exclusively sold on Lazada. It will also come at an early bird price from January 11 at PHP 15,240 and PHP 18,240, respectively.
