realme is set to unveil its latest mid-range offerings, the realme 12 Pro+ 5G and realme 12+ 5G, on March 7 in the Philippines. As part of the brand’s Number Series, these two new devices promise to deliver flagship-level camera performance along with premium design and powerful specs.
Next-Gen Camera Systems
In line with realme’s vision to provide young professionals with stylish devices, the realme 12 Series 5G touts camera systems on par with more expensive flagship phones.
The realme 12 Pro+ 5G sports an advanced triple camera array consisting of a 64MP periscope portrait lens, 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor, and 8MP 112° ultra-wide shooter. With the periscope lens providing 3.5x optical zoom and 30x hybrid zoom, it can capture crisp portraits as well as stunning landscapes.
Meanwhile, the realme 12+ 5G features a versatile triple camera setup comprising of a 50MP Sony LYT600 OIS portrait lens, 8MP 112° ultra-wide lens, and 2MP macro camera. The built-in Optical Image Stabilization promises clear and shake-free photos and videos.
Luxurious Watch-Inspired Design
Adding to their appeal among young professionals, both the 12 Pro+ 5G and 12+ 5G flaunt a luxury watch-inspired design co-created by renowned watch designer Olivier Savéo.
The 12 Pro+ 5G has premium vegan leather back, polished sunburst dial, 3D jubilee bracelet, and golden fluted bezel surrounding its rear cameras. It will be available in the classy Submarine Blue and Navigator Beige colors.
As for the 12+ 5G, its polished PVD edges, premium vegan leather, polished sunburst dial, and 3D jubilee bracelet give it a sophisticated profile. Customers can choose between the sleek Pioneer Green and Navigator Beige variants.
Power-Packed Performance
While realme has not officially revealed full details about the 12 Series 5G’s specs, we can expect great performance and 5G connectivity on both models, as well as high-capacity batteries with fast-charging, along with high resolution displays with fast refresh rates.
