Samsung could be gearing up for the launch of the Galaxy A55 5G, evident from various certifications, including a recent appearance in the FCC database.

For starters, the FCC certification (model number SM-A556E/DS) reveals support for dual SIM slots and 25W fast charging, matching details from the 3C certification. Notably, recent Samsung phones hinted at excluding chargers in the box.
Unfortunately, the FCC listing lacks specifics on the phone’s processor, display, or camera setup. Previous reports suggest it will feature the Exynos 1480 chipset, seen on Geekbench with four performance cores at 2.75GHz, four efficiency cores at 2.05GHz, an Xclipse 530 GPU, and up to 8GB of RAM.
The smartphone is expected to run Android 14 and boasts leaked renders showcasing minimal design changes from its predecessor.
For now, we can only wait for further leaks or official announcements for comprehensive details on the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G.
