With the V2319 model number, the vivo V30 Pro was spotted on the Geekbench website and may be coming soon.

The smartphone received a single-core score of 1045 and a multicore score of 3637. The post also states that the upcoming smartphone will ship with Android 14, including a Dimensity 8200 CPU and 12GB of RAM.
Meanwhile, the vivo S18 Pro, just released in China, is said to be renamed the V30 Pro with the same specs.
It will join the previously released V30 and V30 Lite as the third smartphone in the V30 series. For now, we can only wait for the official announcements and launch date.
