Samsung has officially launched its latest mid-range smartphones, the Galaxy M55 5G and Galaxy M15 5G, in the Indian market. Both devices cater to different price segments, with the Galaxy M15 5G targeting the budget segment and the Galaxy M55 5G sitting in the sub-Rs 30,000 segment.
Samsung Galaxy M55 5G flaunts a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Plus display with a smooth 120Hz refresh rate, 1000 nits of peak brightness, and Vision Booster technology for enhanced outdoor visibility. It is powered by the capable Snapdragon 7 Gen1 processor, coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, expandable up to 1TB.
Galaxy M55 5G boasts a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. It also has a 50MP front camera. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support.
Samsung Galaxy M15 5G features a 6.5-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ octa-core processor, paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, with support for up to 1TB of external storage.
The camera setup on the Galaxy M15 5G includes a 50MP primary sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, it has a 13MP front camera. One of the highlights of the Galaxy M15 5G is its massive 6,000mAh battery, which promises up to two days of battery life and supports 25W fast charging.
Both smartphones run on Android 14 with Samsung’s One UI 6.1 on top and are guaranteed to receive four years of Android OS upgrades and five years of security updates.

Samsung Galaxy M15 5G has two variants: 4GB+128GB priced at Rs 13,499 (around PHP 9,100) and 6GB+128GB priced at Rs 14,999 (around PHP 10,100). On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy M55 5G is priced at Rs 26,999 (around PHP 18,300) for 8GB+128GB model, Rs 29,999 (around PHP 20,300) for the 8GB+256GB and Rs 32,999 (around PHP 22,300) for the 12GB+256GB variant.
The Galaxy M55 5G will be available in Light Green and Denim Black color options, while the Galaxy M15 5G will come in Celestine Blue, Stone Grey, and Blue Topaz color options.
