During the recent VivaTech 2024 event held in Paris, France, HONOR announced that the HONOR 200 series will launch globally on June 12.

The announcement comes after the device was teased to be introduced in China on May 27. In addition to the new series, the company confirmed MagicOS 8.0 on top of Android 14 which will arrive on the Magic V2 and HONOR 90.
HONOR hasn’t revealed much about the new series though aside from its launch date in both China and the global markets. However, during the event held in Paris, it detailed AI architecture that includes cross-device and “cross-OS” AI, platform-level AI, app-level AI, and cloud-level AI.
These AI services are done in partnership with Google Cloud and will be brought to upcoming HONOR smartphones.
