The Dimensity 9300+ is expected to offer higher CPU performance. Leaks claim that the prime Cortex-X4 core is clocked at 3.4GHz up from 3.25GHz on the Dimensity 9300. The remaining cores are said to run at the same speeds – three Cortex-X4 at 2.85GHz and four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0GHz.
Moreover, the plus chipset is also said to feature a boosted AI Processing Unit (APU) and possibly an overclocked GPU. The former plays into the theme of the conference – “AI for Everything”.
There are rumors that the vivo X100s will be among the first devices that will be powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 9300+.
Thankfully the launch date isn’t too far out now, so we’ll just have to wait for full details on the upcoming plus chipset.
