HMD Global has been pretty active recently, specifically in the smartphone market. It recently unveiled its Pulse series and now it seems like it’s working on a mid-range device dubbed the HMD Skyline.
The device was spotted on the Geekbench database confirming its processor.
HMD Skyline – Geekbench
The Geekbench listing reveals the device under the Model ID and Model ID HMD Global HMD Skyline. This could mean that the Skyline name isn’t quite the retail name but instead an early codename.
It scored 1027 and 2857 in the single-core and multi-core tests, respectively. Moreover, the listing reveals the device will be powered by the 4nm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset coupled with at least 8GB of RAM and also run on Android 14 out of the box.
HMD Skyline Expected and Leaked Specs
The device is said to have a 120Hz FHD+ OLED panel and a 108MP-led triple rear camera. Moreover, the upcoming HMD smartphone is expected to have a 32MP front sensor, a 4900mAh battery, support for 33W fast charging, and an IP67 rating.
Leaked renders of the phone reveal a flat frame in black and yellow colorways and a Lumia design language. The renders also hint at an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The company has yet to mention or reveal the device though, so we may have to wait a while before we see the device and learn more about it officially.

He would then transition to focus more on the world of tech which has also began his journey into learning more about this world. That said though, he still has the mentality of "as long as it works" for his personal gadgets.
