RedMagic has just announced that it will be introducing the RedMagic 9S Pro on July 3. The device is teased to be an AI gaming phone and it will first be introduced in China.
This comes after the RedMagic 9 Pro was unveiled in China in November 2023 and then launched globally in Mid-December 2023.
RedMagic 9S Pro – Launch Date
The company hasn’t revealed anything about its latest gaming device as of writing this though. However, it is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version, which is said to be an overclocked variant of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, similar to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform for Galaxy chip used in the Galaxy S24 series.
The Leading Version is expected to be clocked at speeds of 3.39GHz and possibly have better GPU performance. If it is true, it will be the first device powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version.
RedMagic is also expected to reveal a new gaming laptop on July 3 which is believed to be powered by a 14th generation Intel Core i9 processor, an RTX 4070 GPU, and have an integrated metal chassis.
