OnePlus has officially unveiled the OnePlus Buds Pro 3, its next-generation Pro TWS earbuds. It boasts a better audio quality, stronger noise cancellation, and improved battery life.
OnePlus Buds Pro 3
The OnePlus Buds 3 Pro is equipped with 11mm woofers and 6mm tweeters. It also boasts a new dual DAC system to match the dual driver setup. The woofer has two magnets which is an improvement over the Buds Pro 2.
OnePlus claims that these changes deliver powerful bass and crisp treble in addition to it being tuned by Dynaudio.
In addition, the new Adaptive Noise Cancellation system adjusts the level of cancellation that can help like when you exit your office into a noisier street. This is said to help improve battery life by using lower ANC when necessary.
The earbuds themselves are equipped with a 58mAh battery that is said to offer up to 10 hours with ANC off or up to 6 hours with adaptive ANC.
Meanwhile, the charging case is equipped with a 566mAh battery which boosts the total playback time to up to 43 hours with no ANC and 25.5 hours with adaptive ANC. The case supports wireless charging, but wired charging for 10 minutes is said to offer 13 hours of listening.
The OnePlus Buds Pro 3 has three mics and a Voice Pick Up (VPU) bone sensor to aid in improving voice calls. Other features include:
- IP55 rating
- Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity
- LHDC 5.0 and AAC codec support
- Google Fast Pair and Spatial Audio support
