Following leaks by Digital Chat Station on the next fast-charging technology from realme, the company has now confirmed that it will introduce its latest fast-charging technology on August 14.
realme 300W Fast Charging Technology?
realme confirmed on its official Weibo that it will introduce new charging technology on August 14. It did not mention exactly how fast it will be but with it launching 240W fast charging technology last year, the step to “break the record” is the reported 300W fast charging.
As a recall, the GT Neo5 featured the 240W fast charging technology which was later introduced globally as the GT3. It was said to offer a full charge in under 10 minutes.
The company is set to introduce the new tech on August 14, just in time for its Fan Festival which will be held on August 28. We could hear more about the exact charging speeds we’ll see in the following days though.
