15 years ago, my wife and I bought our very first 32″ inch TV. It was one of our first major purchases as a couple. Back then, the 32-inch LED TV that we bought was among the best ones. We spent PhP32,000 for that TV, and thus considered as a “major” purchase by our standards.
15 years later, PhP32,000 can already let a household buy a 65-inch QLED TV, thanks to the new products launched by Xiaomi Philippines. In this article, we are reviewing one of these products – the Xiaomi TV A Pro 43″ (2025).

Build and Design
The Xiaomi TV A Pro 43″ 2025 boasts a sleek and modern aesthetic that immediately catches the eye. Its premium metal frame and bezel-less design make it a stylish addition to any living space. The TV’s ultra-slim profile contributes to its contemporary look, allowing it to blend seamlessly with various interior styles.
The double stand provides stable support, though it’s worth noting that the TV is also compatible with wall mounting (200 x 100mm), offering flexibility in placement. The verdigris color adds a touch of sophistication, setting it apart from the typical black TVs on the market.
One minor inconvenience is that no batteries are included in the box for the remote control. Additionally, the remote won’t work straight out of the box and requires pairing with the TV, which might catch some users off guard.

The color gamut coverage of DCI-P3 92% (minimum) to 94% (typical) ensures a wide range of colors, contributing to a more immersive viewing experience. While our result is off by 4%, it still shows a remarkable score by our standard.
The 60Hz refresh rate, while standard for most TVs, provides smooth motion for general content viewing. However, hardcore gamers might prefer higher refresh rates for more fluid gameplay.
Hardware
Under the hood, the Xiaomi TV A Pro 43″ 2025 is powered by a Quad A55 CPU and Mali G52 MC1 GPU. This combination provides adequate processing power for most smart TV functions and casual gaming. However, the 2GB of RAM, while sufficient for running TV applications, may not be ideal for more demanding tasks or seamless multitasking.
During our testing, we noticed minor instances of performance lags when switching between apps, likely due to the RAM limitations. This suggests that while the TV performs well for general use, it may not be the most nimble setup for those planning to use it extensively for gaming or running multiple apps simultaneously.
The 8GB of storage is standard for smart TVs, providing enough space for essential apps and some media files.
Software Features
