LG unveiled the latest members of the LG XBOOM series in the Philippines at an event held at Abenson Quezon Avenue.
The new speakers are comprised of the more portable LG XBOOM Go speakers and the LG XBOOM party speakers. These speakers feature Sound Boost technology for a wider audio experience and a louder sound.
LG XBOOM Series
The LG XBOOM Go speakers are comprised of the XBOOM Go XG2T, XG5QBK, and XG7QBK.
The smallest of the trio is the XG2T that is said to offer a 10-hour battery life and is IP67 rated for water and dust resistance. It also features a braided cord with clips to secure it, allowing you to bring it anywhere, including during a bike ride or on a camping trip.
The XG5QBK and XG7QB, on the other hand, feature Party Lighting and deliver up to 24 hours of battery life on the larger XBOOM Go XG7QBK. Moreover, the XG7QBK has a 30W output compared to the 20W output of the QG5QBK.
You have three options to choose from in the tower-style XBOOM series namely the XBOOM XL9T, XL7S, and XL5S. The trio shares RGB Speaker Lighting, Sound Sync, Sound Boost technology, and handles for easier portability. Moreover, the three speakers have a Bluetooth remote app for connectivity and customization.
The base XBOOM XL5S has a 6.5-inch Woofer, a 200W output, and up to 12 hours of battery life. The larger XBOOM XL7S boasts an 8-inch woofer, a 250W output, and up to 20 hours of playback.
The largest of the trio is the XBOOM XL9T which features 8-inch dual woofers and a 1000W output. The speaker also has a Pixel Art Display and multi-color ring lighting. You can also level up your parties with its Mic and Guitar in, handle, and wheels.
The latest LG XBOOM speakers will be available in the Philippines starting September 13, 2024. These are priced at:
