The HONOR Magic V3 measures a mind-boggling 4.3mm thin when unfolded. Yet, the brand has managed to squeeze in a 5,150mAh third-generation SIlicon-carbon battery with support for 66W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging. It also has dual HONOR E1 chips for power management.
On the performance side, the device packs a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, along with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.
The HONOR Magic V3 boasts IPX8 water resistance, 10 times better scratch resistance and drop resistance, and 5 time more wear resistance. This showcases the brand’s utmost attention to durability, which usually isn’t the forte of a foldable smartphone.
Content is displayed on the phone’s 7.92-inch main and 6.43-inch cover screen. Both are OLED panels, and boast a 120Hz refresh rate, along with 3840Hz and 4320Hz PWM dimming, respectively.
These displays also support the HONOR Magic Pen.
The HONOR Magic V3’s Falcon Camera system is composed of a 50MP Periscope Telephoto unit with 3.5x optical zoom, up to 100x digital zoom and OIS, a 50MP wide angle lens, also with OIS, and a 40MP ultra-wide unit. There’s also a 20MP camera on both screens for selfies.
