Ahead of any official mention from Xiaomi, an image was leaked of what is said to be the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and its alleged camera arrangement. This comes after the Xiaomi 15 series was officially launched in China before October ended.
Xiaomi 15 Ultra – Camera Arrangement Leak
A user on Weibo dubbed Mr. Water shared a black and white photo of what is believed to be the exposed internals of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra. It reveals the camera module arrangement and what looks to be a wireless charging coil.
The camera setup of the next-generation Ultra device, if true, looks to have a periscope telephoto lens on the top of the camera module. It occupies the entire top row of the module and is rumored to be a 200MP lens with 4.3x magnification.
Below the periscope telephoto lens are three cameras which is believed to be the main, ultrawide, and 50MP 2x/3x telephoto sensors.
Other reports claim that the device will have a 32MP front lens and a 6000mAh battery with support for 90W wired and 80W wireless charging. It is also said to have a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which at this point is expected of almost all flagship smartphones.
Do take this with a grain of salt as this report has not been corroborated yet, as of writing this.
