According to Android Authority, Google is currently testing a new feature for Google Password Manager that allows you to delete all data as spotted in beta builds of the Google Play Services.
Google Password Manager – Delete All Data Option
The Delete All Data option was spotted with different beta versions of Google Play Services namely 25.10.31 and 25.09.60. The feature was found in the Settings of the Play Services app under the “Export/Import passwords” part.

While you may wonder why you’d want to have the Delete All Data feature in the Google Password Manager, this would come in handy for users who want to switch to a different password manager and have that peace of mind of totally removing their credentials.

As of writing this, it’s uncertain when this option will be rolled out to the masses but we’re looking forward to seeing it as an available option to everyone.

That said though, he still has the mentality of "as long as it works" for his personal gadgets.
