OPPO is set to hold a launch event in April where it will introduce the Find X8 Ultra, Pad 4 Pro, Watch XX2 Mini, Enco Free 4 TWS earbuds. Moreover, it is expected to debut two new members of the Find X8 series models – the OPPO Find X8s and Find X8s+.
OPPO Find series Product Manager – Zhou Yibao shared details about the OPPO Find X8s in a post on Weibo confirming not only its display but also its existence. The Find X8s was formerly thought to be dubbed the OPPO Find X8 Mini.
OPPO Find X8s Display
Yibao’s post shared a photo of the display of the OPPO Find X8s and he shared that the upcoming device features the world’s thinnest bezel. It does though thanks to an in-house developed advanced display technology.
The black border, according to the executive, measures just 1.xx mm, the thinnest in the world. Yes, even slimmer than the iPhone 16 Pro Max.
Rumored Specs
According to reports, the Find X8s will feature a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and equipped with a 5700mAh battery with support for 80W wired and 50W wireless charging.
Other specs include a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 50MP Samsung JN5 periscope telephoto sensor, an 8MP ultrawide snapper, a new Magic Cube button to replace the Alert Slider, and an IP68/69 rating.
The OPPO executive didn’t mention when the OPPO Find X8s will debut, but it will likely be next month. We’ll have to wait and see.
