Google has officially taken the wraps off the Pixel 9a, the latest member of the A series and the most affordable device in the Pixel 9 series.
Pixel 9a
The Pixel 9a features a flat 6.3-inch FHD+ pOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 2700 nits. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 that blends into the flat aluminum frame. Around the back is flat polycarbonate panel with a slab-like design.

When we say flat, we actually mean flat. The 9a doesn’t feature the iconic camera stripe to house the dual camera. The dual camera system is comprised of a 48MP main camera and a 13MP ultrawide snapper. The main lens features QUAD PD Dual Pixel AF, OIS, and is capable of recording 4K video at 60 fps.
The 9a is also the first in the A-series to get the Macro Focus and the Google Astrophotography feature.

Other features include:
- 5100mAh Li-Ion battery
- 23W fast wired charging
- IP68 rating
- Up to 7 years of OS and security updates
