Google is expected to launch the Pixel 9a in the coming weeks. However, ahead of the official launch, leaks of its design and specifications have surfaced.

Reviews of the device have been published on the YouTube channels of Sahil Karoul and The Mobile Central. It is uncertain though how either content creator got an exclusive peek at the device ahead of the official launch. But both offer benchmarks, camera samples, and actual hands-on footage of the Pixel 9a.

According to the videos, the upcoming device has a pretty familiar back panel that is flat minus the iconic Cyclops-like camera strip. It will arrive in four colors – Black, Grey, Rose, and Violet.

The 9a is said to feature a 6.3-inch 120Hz FHD+ OLED protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3, powered by the Google Tensor G4 with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB, and a 48MP main+13MP ultrawide duo around the back. It will also have a 13MP front camera, a 5100mAh battery, support for 33W wired charging and 7.5W wireless charging, and run on Android 15 with updates of 7 years.

The videos also reveal the benchmark scores as follows:

  • AnTuTu – 1,049,844
  • Geekbench single core – 1530
  • Geekbench multi core – 3344

Moreover, a German e-commerce website was spotted with the device priced at EUR 549 (around PHP 34,400).

Google has not yet officially announced the Pixel 9a but it is expected to arrive on March 26.
