CMF by Nothing recently teased its upcoming phone, and now, it has announced the official launch date of its new devices, namely the CMF Phone 2 Pro, Buds 2, Buds 2a, and Buds 2 Plus.
CMF Phone 2 Pro
The announcement on its social media platforms hints at what could be the camera setup for the CMF Phone 2 Pro. The video showcased four circles – two larger ones stacked vertically, one medium-sized on the right, and a smaller one below the medium circle.
We expect an improved 50MP main snapper, but as it is a Pro device, the secondary could be an ultrawide. It could also have a 2MP snapper. In comparison, the CMF Phone 1 features a 50MP main and a 2MP depth snapper.
The company also showcased a new finish on the back panel that is said to be textured and tactile in another teaser. It also revealed that the removable screws from its predecessor will be retained.
Curiously, the company decided to launch the Pro variant first. It’s uncertain as of writing this, though if there will be a CMF Phone 2, we can only assume there is one in the works. Moreover, a previous teaser hinted at a device with a single camera, whereas the new teasers reveal at least three.
The CMF Phone 2 Pro will be joined by a trio of new audio offerings, but it’s hard to tell if they are related to last year’s CMF Buds Pro 2.
Either way, we expect to learn more about these devices in the following days and weeks as the company will surely want to build up hype for the launch.
