realme previously confirmed that it will debut the realme GT 7 this month. Now, it has officially announced on Weibo that the device will be unveiled in China on April 23, following the launch of the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+.

The realme GT 7 looks to be among the first, if not the first, smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ at the core. The company has also confirmed a 7000mAh+ battery with support for 100W wired fast charging.

Moreover, it features a thermal management technology, which the company calls Ice Skin graphene cooling. This is said to offer six times better cooling than regular glass.
According to reports, the GT 7 will feature a 144Hz flat BOE OLED panel, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and an IP68+IP69 rating for water and dust resistance. It is also said to feature a 50MP main camera with OIS.

We expect to learn more about the realme GT 7 in the following days and weeks as the company looks to build interest in the device. It will launch in China on April 23 at 4 PM (GMT+8, Philippine Time).
