Samsung Philippines has announced the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A06 5G, an affordable addition to the Galaxy A series. This new smartphone offers 5G connectivity along and good performance, enhanced security features, and a sleek design, making it ideal for both work and leisure activities, all for a sub-10K price tag.

The Galaxy A06 5G has a 6.7-inch display and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor along with 4GB of RAM. Additionally, the device is equipped with a long-lasting 5,000mAh battery, supported by 25W Superfast Charging, which minimizes downtime and allows users to stay connected throughout the day.
In terms of security, the Galaxy A06 5G integrates Samsung’s One UI 7, offering robust security and privacy innovations. The Samsung Knox Vault ensures that sensitive data, such as passwords, are securely stored in a separate subsystem, providing users with peace of mind regarding their personal information protection. Furthermore, the device will receive four generations of Android OS and One UI upgrades, along with four years of security updates, ensuring an up-to-date and secure mobile experience.
The Galaxy A06 5G boasts a durable design with IP54 dust and water resistance. It weighs 189 grams and features a slim-bodied design.

The Samsung Galaxy A06 5G is priced at PHP 7,990 and comes in two color variants: Black and Light Gray. It’s available via authorized Samsung retail stores, online stores, Samsung.com, and Samsung Experience Stores.
From March 21 to June 30, 2025, customers who purchase the device can get a free Travel Adapter. There are flexible payment options such as credit card, Home Credit, Trade in Trade Up, and Samsung Finance+. Additionally, customers can take advantage of 0% interest installments with Samsung Finance+.
