Apple has just announced Year of the Tiger-themed AirPods Pro and Beats Studio Buds to celebrate Chinese New Year.
Both versions share the same specs as the vanilla counterparts, including Transparency Modes and Active Noise Cancellation. The Special Edition versions are merely aesthetic changes to either TWS earbuds.
The AirPods Pro comes with a case engraved with a new, specially designed tiger face emoji on the front. Meanwhile, the Beats Studio Buds feature a stripe-like splash of gold on top of the default red color on both the case and buds.
The AirPods Pro Year of the Tiger Edition is available in both China and Hong Kong Apple Stores for CNY 1,999 or HKD 1,999, respectively. The Beats Studio Buds Year of the Tiger Edition, on the other hand, is only available in China for CNY 1,099.
