Valve has just announced that its handheld gaming PC, the Steam Deck will be available starting February 25.
Those that reserved the device will also get an invite to place an order within three days. This means that the first batch of devices will start shipping on February 28.
The company also mentioned that it plans to release new order email batches every week.
As a recall, the handheld device has a 7-inch HD touch display and is powered by an AMD quad-core processor based on the Zen 2 architecture coupled with 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM. It also supports Bluetooth 5.0 for controllers and accessories. The device runs on Steam OS 3.0 and is equipped with a 40Whr battery.
The Steam Deck comes in three options – 64GB eMMC model priced at USD 399, 256GB NVMe SSD model available at USD 529, and the 512GB NVMe SSD variant costing USD 649.
