OnePlus 10 Pro’s Hasselblad camera setup is what separates it from its competition. It includes a 48MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide shooter, and an 8MP telephoto lens.

But it seems that this camera setup does not live up to what the consumers have expected. In the DxOMark camera test, the camera system showed many problems and ranked only 27th with a score of 127 points.

This means that other cheaper phones in its tier have significantly better camera performance. Problems like the strong Magenta color cast in the white balance when in low light conditions are only one of them.

Additionally, the autofocus takes 0.9 seconds which is twice as long as an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The OnePlus 10 Pro’s camera also focuses on people in the background which reduces the actual subject’s sharpness sometimes.

Because of the small sensor, the ultrawide camera shows a comparatively large amount of image noise and shows fewer details than its competitors alongside an issue where the images become too sharp that it looks unnatural.

However, the Hasselblad camera offers some advantages such as the great image stabilization capability when recording videos, good portrait mode, and mostly accurate exposure.
