ASUS is set to launch the ROG Phone 6 series globally this coming July 5 and gave us a sneak peek of some of its features.
A tweet from ROG global shows that the Phone 6 series will be the first IPX4 gaming phone. Meaning the phone will be resistant to water splashes from any angle.
Moreover, the phone appeared on TENAA and Geekbench showing some of the phone’s alleged specs. It is reported to come with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate support alongside a fingerprint scanner.
The ASUS ROG Phone 6 is said to feature a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 coupled with up to 18GB of RAM and 512GB storage. These will be powered by a 6,000mAh battery with 65W fast charging.
Lastly, on the rear, it is tipped to have a 64MP triple camera setup with a rumored secondary display also located at the back and a 12MP selfie cam on the front. More info will surely be leaked as the launch day comes closer.
