Sony has just revealed its new set of gaming peripherals dubbed “INZONE” which consists of two gaming monitors and three headphones. These products are designed for immersive gaming either on PC or the Playstation 5 console.
Sony INZONE M3 and M9 Gaming Monitors
The INZONE M3 and M9 both feature a 27-inch IPS LCD panel that are both calibrated ta the factory to get their color accuracy goals. Both also support G-Sync and HDMI 2.1 VRR for variable refresh rate(24Hz minimum) and 1ms gray-to-gray transition times.
Furthermore, the two models have 2x HDMI inputs, 1x DisplayPort 1.4 a built-in USB hub – 1x Type-B that goes in, and 3x Type-A that goes out with a built-in KVM switch and dedicated software to control the monitor’s features.

In addition, both monitors’ stand height and tilt can be adjusted to your liking. The central pillar also acts as a cable channel to help with cable management.
The Sony INZONE M9 is now available for pre-order with a price of USD 900 that will come this summer while the INZONE M3 will launch by the end of 2022 with a price of USD 530.
Sony INZONE H3, H7, and H9 Gaming Headphones
Finally, the three new gaming headphones by Sony have an external design and colorway just like the PS5 console. The H7 and H9 models both have wireless connections while the H3 is the wired model and is the cheapest of the bunch.
The wireless models will come with their own Bluetooth dongle that enables a low-latency connection over 2.4GHz and can also easily connect to your smartphone.
The boom mic has a great audio quality for clear in-game voice chats and has an easy-to-control switch for muting and a hardware button to change the audio balance between your game and voice chat.
All three headphones have support for 360 Spatial Sound that can be activated by the INZONE Hub PC software. This software includes algorithms to turn 2channel stereo into 7.1 channel surround sound.
Moreover, the H9 model features ANC and has a dedicated button to toggle Ambient sound mode (100Hz to 8,000Hz) that can last 32 hours of playtime with ANC off.
The H7 on the other hand does not have ANC but has a long 40-hour playtime battery life. Both the H7 and H9 sports 40mm drivers(EDCCA Voice coil with neodymium magnets) and 5Hz to 20KHz frequency response.
Last of the bunch is the H3 which also has 40mm drivers (CCAW Voice coil with neodymium magnets, 35Ohm impedance) with 10Hz to 20KhZ frequency response.
