Coins.ph joined gamers and pop culture enthusiasts at CONQuest 2022 which took place at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City during the weekend.
CONQuest is the Manila debut of organizer AcadArena from its home base in Iloilo City. Big names in the gaming community headlined the event including Southeast Asian Games esports champions and popular streamers. Festival-goers came in hordes to play, connect, earn, and discover.
Meanwhile, visitors at the Coins.ph booth enjoyed instant bonuses upon signing up for an account. Among these include raffles with crypto credits, gaming gears, and merchandise at stake, live games, and photo opportunities with personalities in the community.
“Coins.ph is constantly evolving with the technology, and with this, we are also evolving the experiences we build for our customers. The gaming community has always been open to new ideas and ways of doing things that tapping into this segment is a great opportunity to reach like-minded young people who are always excited for the future. We aim to be better ingrained in Filipinos’ culture and lifestyle by providing opportunities to pursue financial freedom through crypto and other innovative digital financial services.”

Crypto education advocacy
Coins.ph’s foray into the world of gamers is a step in achieving its goal of becoming involved in the Philippines’ culture and lifestyle. Just recently, the company took part in events like the Miss Universe pageant and Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) games.
“Our long-term goal is to make the concept of cryptocurrencies and crypto trading less intimidating to the average Filipino. By strengthening our initiatives on crypto education at the grassroots level, we are able to achieve our vision of widening financial inclusion through technology and innovation,” Zhou said.
Coins.ph is regulated by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas and is the first-ever blockchain-based company in Asia to hold both Virtual Currency and Electronic Money Issuer licenses from a central bank.
