Motorola has just introduced two new devices in China – the Motorola Moto X40 and Moto G53. The X40 is the company’s latest member of its premium X-series.

The Moto X40 is built around a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED with a 165Hz refresh rate. The panel supports HDR10+ and DC dimming. On the top middle of the display is a 60MP front camera. Meanwhile, around the back is a 50MP main rear camera accompanied by a 50MP ultrawide lens and a 12MP portrait snapper.

The device is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset and has a 4600mAh battery and charges with up to 125W fast charging. The rear panel is protected by Gorilla Glass Victus with a soft-touch finish, while the latest Moto X-series device has an IP68 rating.

The Motorola Moto X40 is now available for pre-order in China and set to officially ship on December 22. It is priced at:

  • 8/128GB – CNY 3,400 (around PHP 27,100)
  • 8/256GB – CNY 3,700 (around PHP 29,500)
  • 12/256GB – CNY 4,000 (around PHP 31,900)
  • 12/512GB – CNY 4,300 (around PHP 34,200)
