Lenovo has introduced quite a lot at IFA 2023 and at the center of it all is the Lenovo Legion Go, the company’s gaming handheld device, and the Legion Glasses and new In-Ear headphones. Along with these though, the company also introduced the Lenovo Legion 9i with integrated liquid-cooling and new devices designed for hybrid work.

The Lenovo Legion 9i is a 16-inch gaming laptop with a self-contained liquid-cooling system. The laptop is designed for gamers and creators with heavy graphic workflow requirements.

The laptop has a Lenovo PureSight 3.2K mini-LED 16:10 display with a 165Hz variable refresh rate. Under the hood, it is powered by an Intel Core i9-13980HX processor and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 laptop GPU. It also comes with either 64GB overclocked 5600MHz dual channel DDR5 RAM or 32GB Overclocked 6400MHz DDR5 dual channel RAM as well as up to 2TB of PCIe Gen4 SSD storage.

The Legion Coldfront liquid-cooling system allows the Lenovo Legion 9i to output 230W TDP. Additionally, it has an AI-tuned, triple-fan air-cooling system with 6,333 individual intake vents.

It is equipped with a 99.99Whr battery that charges with the 330W Slim Adapter or the 140W Tpye-C power adapter.

The Lenovo Legion 9i is priced in Europe starting at EUR 4,499 (around PHP 275,300) and is expected to be available starting October 2023.

Along with the Legion 9i, the Legion 16” Gaming Backpack GB700 priced at EUR 79.99 (around PHP 4,900) and Legion 16” Gaming Backpack GB400 with a EUR 59.99 (around PHP 3,700) pricetag were unveiled. They are expected to officially be available starting October 2023.

New Devices and Software Power the Future of Hybrid Work

In addition to gaming devices, Lenovo unveils new tools and essentials tailored to empower the dynamic, evolving needs of today’s business end-users. These include the ThinkVision 27 3D Monitor, Lenovo Wired VOIP Headset, and Lenovo Wired ANC Headset Gen 2, and more.

These devices are designed to boost the capabilities of today’s remote and hybrid workforces.

  • The new ThinkVision 27 3D Monitor is a 27-inch 2D/3D compatible monitor without the need for glasses and offers seamless 3D effects and real-time eye-tracking. It is expected to be available in select markets but it is priced in Europe at EUR 2,999 (around PHP 183,600).
  • The new Lenovo Wired VOIP Headset and Wired ANC Headset Gen 2 are high-quality audio solutions for professionals in hybrid work environments. These include an inline call control box and compatibility with popular conferencing platforms. The latter comes with active noise cancellation as well. The VOIP Headset will start at EUR 49.99 (around PHP 3,100), while the Wired ANC Headset Gen 2 will start at EUR 129.99 (around PHP 8,000). Both are expected to be available starting October 2023. L
  • The cloud-based Lenovo Device Manager will roll out enhanced features that include a comprehensive AI-powered energy management solution that manages device fleets and optimizes power usage. It is available at USD 12 (around PHP 680) per device per year.
  • Rounding this out are the Lenovo ThinkPad Professional 16inch Backpack Gen 2 priced at EUR 84 (around PHP 5,100) starting December 2023 and the Lenovo ThinkPad Professional 16inch and 14inch Topload Gen 2 cases for EUR 79 (around PHP 4,800) and EUR 54 (around PHP 3,300), respectively. These are expected to be available starting October and December 2023, respectively.
