After all the leaks, it looks like TECNO Mobile is now ready to officially introduce the TECNO Phantom V Flip after announcing a launch event to be held in Singapore on September 22, 2023.

The teaser poster itself doesn’t quite reveal the actual name of the device but it has a tagline of “Flip In Style” and a graphic of what looks like ‘glass’ forming a V-shape. This not only hints at the Phantom V series but also shares the fold of a clamshell foldable device.

If that isn’t enough, the company also included the hashtag #PhantomVFlip in the tweet. This was joined by the #MegaBookT12023 hashtag which teases the arrival of the company’s latest laptop as well.

TECNO has yet to officially reveal details on both devices but as we mentioned, the TECNO Phantom V Flip’s details have been around for a while now. This includes details spotted on the Google Play Console namely a 6.9-inch FHD+ folding display, 8GB RAM, and Android 13. This listing also points to a MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset powering the foldable.

Meanwhile, leaked live photos as well as photos from a case maker reveal a circular camera module around the back with two cameras.

We expect to learn more about the devices officially in the following days as the company will start to build hype on its first clamshell device and latest laptop. The launch event will take place on September 22 at 3 PM.
