Google has just introduced its own mobile video editing app dubbed YouTube Create (beta version) which is simplified and has AI-powered features to make it more user-friendly.

The app aims to make mobile video editing and content creation easy for users on the go. Highlighted features include an audio cleanup tool to help reduce background noise, video resizing for different aspect – ratios, and the ability to put stickers/GIFs/emojis.

Aside from these, YouTube plans to test a Dream Screen feature, allowing users to create AI-generated video or image backgrounds for Shorts, roll it out next year, offer AI-generated insights and outline drafting, and introduce an AI-powered dubbing tool.
To clarify, you can only check out the app on the Google Play Store in select regions.
