Samsung unveiled One UI 6, the latest version of its software to kick off the Samsung Developer Conference 2023 (SDC23). This will introduce Android 14 to the Samsung Galaxy devices that will be eligible for the update when it goes live.
The company’s latest OS version has a tagline “Your Galaxy. Your Way.”

The announcement revealed some of the highlights and features of the new version of One UI. Among these include a focus on personalization, enhanced usability, and smart photo and video editing.
Samsung also unveiled a new fontface for its OS dubbed One UI Sans. It also revealed a revamped look to its Quick Settings.
Meanwhile, the latest version will offer new ways to customize your lock screen including new clock styles and offering a different lock screen for night and day time.
The Gallery will now also have AI features like Photo Remaster and Object Eraser. Additionally, it will suggest options to improve the images.
The company also introduced updates to its other offerings like Tizen and Samsung Health at the event. The former will run on new home appliances with larger displays and a new Tizen SDK with 2D and 3D combined graphics engine was also introduced. Meanwhile, Samsung Health will be expanded into a digital health ecosystem.
Samsung has yet to reveal the rollout schedule for One UI 6 though and which exact devices will be receiving the update, as of writing this
