MacBook Air M2 15-inch is the right fit for me!
Two months ago, I switched from the 13-inch MacBook Air to the 15-inch MacBook Air M2, and I’ve been loving it ever since. While the 15-inch model isn’t a huge leap from the 13-inch model in terms of performance, there are a few key reasons why I think it’s the better choice for content producers, like myself.
Larger display and better aspect ratio for video editing
I use my MacBook Air for video editing 90% of the time, and the combination of the size and aspect ratio of the 15-inch MacBook Air make it a perfect fit for me. The larger display gives me more room to work with, and the 3:2 aspect ratio is more suitable for editing videos.
Longer battery life
The battery life on the 15-inch MacBook Air M2 is also insanely great. I usually have this laptop running for more than 12 hours from full charge before I get it hooked up to the charger again. This is a huge plus for me, as I often need to work on my laptop for long periods of time without access to an outlet.
Better sound quality
The sound quality on the 15-inch MacBook Air M2 is also better than the 13-inch model. You get more depth, volume, and better overall quality with the 15-inch model. This is important for me, as I often need to play back videos and music on my laptop.
Great price-to-performance ratio
The price difference between the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air M2 is relatively small, so I think the 15-inch model offers a great price-to-performance ratio.
Overall, I’m extremely happy with the MacBook Air M2 15-inch. It’s the best MacBook Air to date, and I highly recommend it to content producers.
However, if you’re looking for a laptop for gaming, I wouldn’t recommend the MacBook Air M2 15-inch. There are better gaming laptops available at a similar price point.
