The iQOO 12 series has been revealed and it features the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and other premium quirks.
iQOO 12 Series
As stated earlier, both phones in the series will boast a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The duo also features a self-developed Q1 chip that is said to help with gaming up to 144Hz at 1080p and brings with it low latency frame insertion, super frame, and super-resolution, among the other gaming-related features.
In addition, both variants in the series are equipped with AMOLED 144Hz refresh rate capable displays. The Pro model has a 3200x1440p E7 AMOLED display while the vanilla has a flat 2800×1260 AMOLED panel.
They also have a triple camera setup with a 50MP main sensor, a 64MP telephoto lens that offers 3x optical zoom, and a 40MP ultrawide lens. The OmniVision OV50H lens is the main 50MP lens for both devices and it has a 1/1.3-inch sensor which offers better night shots.
The vanilla model features a pretty standard 5000mAh capacity battery, while, the Pro model has a slightly larger 5100mAh battery. Both devices though support up to 120W fast charging.
