Xiaomi, via its social media pages, has confirmed the global launch date of its current flagships, the Xiaomi 14 Series – February 25.
A post on Xiaomi Philippines’ official Facebook page confirms the launch date, along with the theme “Lens to Legend”, which suggests that once again, emphasis will be given to the camera system. While the teaser did not specify which models would be unveiled, it is widely expected that there will be a regular Xiaomi 14 and a Xiaomi 14 Pro variant, and possibly also a premium Xiaomi 14 Ultra.
Details remain scarce regarding the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, but one source has stated it may feature an impressive quad camera setup with a large 1-inch Sony LYT900 main sensor. Of course, we’ll mostly likely see Xiaomi partnering once again with iconic camera brand Leica.
