MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Rumored Details
The Dimensity 9400 is said to have a single-core score of 2700 and a multi-core score of 9800 on Geekbench.
The Immortalis G9xx GPU is also said to deliver a framerate of 110fps in the GFXBench Aztec Ruins test at 1440p. Compared to its predecessor, this is an 11.1% improvement.
Other rumors detail that MediaTek will use ARM’s CPU and GPU architectures on its next-generation flagship chipset. Moreover, it will be built on the TSMC 3nm manufacturing processing which is said to deliver a 32% boost in power efficiency.
The CPU is said to have one Cortex-X5 prime core, three Cortex-X4 prime cores, and four Cortex-A720 performance cores.
It is also rumored to support LPDDR5T RAM crucial for enhancing on-device AI capabilities as well as AI processing technologies.
However, despite these improvements, based on initial Geekbench comparisons, the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 may not fully overtake its rivals like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4.
Ram found his love and appreciation for writing in 2015 having started in the gaming and esports sphere for GG Network. He would then transition to focus more on the world of tech which has also began his journey into learning more about this world.
