AnTuTu has released its monthly charts that showcase the highest-performing chipsets based on their benchmark scores. For March 2024, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 reigns supreme over the Dimensity 9300 to claim the top spot.

With these considerations in mind, the March 2024 AnTuTu chart reveals that the Asus ROG Phone 8 Pro, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage, achieved the highest average score of 2,141,448. Closely trailing in second place is the OPPO Find X7, powered by the Dimensity 9300 chipset, with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, attaining an average score of 2,138,119.
The iQOO 12, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, 16GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage, secured the third position with an average score of 2,110,595.
The rest of the top 10 is comes from renowned manufacturers such as Red Magic, vivo, nubia, and OPPO, all leveraging either the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or the Dimensity 9300 chipsets. Notably absent from the chart are devices from Xiaomi, potentially indicating a shift in the company’s priorities or an inability to match the performance and thermal capabilities of its competitors.
Mid-Range Category
In the mid-range segment, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 emerges as the victor, courtesy of the OnePlus Ace 3V, which leads with an average score of 1,466,728 points. The Redmi K70E powered by the Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC and the Realme GT Neo5 SE with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC follow closely behind.
